The HBAGTA Awards deserving students each fall with scholarships where their field of study is related to the Home Building Industry.  In addition, we are holding our first annual Home Builders Association Scholarship Dinner on September 30th, taking place at the Hagerty Center here in Traverse City. The focus is to bring an awareness of the building trades, the lack of skilled labor and the economic impact it has on N. MI, while supporting students through scholarships.

100% of the Silent Auction proceeds will go toward NMC Construction Trade scholarships. In addition to several great auction items, don't miss out on your chance to take home a deer blind or garden shed built by students in the Construction Management program at Northwestern Michigan College, or a doll house built by Home Builders members - or a chance to win a ticket to the 2016 International Builder Show in Las Vegas, which includes educational passes. 

This event is all about being Local". Local foods and spirits will be served, supporting our local construction trades, and ultimately boosting the local economy.
